There Ain't No Party Like a Gigi Party

Creo que fue la emoción colectiva, o el buen crowd… definitivamente el open bar ayuda, pero la fiesta de anoche fue una de las mejores en lo que va del año.

Después de un desfile mega exitoso en el Pier 16 de New York en el que estrenaron la cole en colaboración con Gigi Hadid, Tommy Hilfiger aterrizó en el American Trade Hotel de Casco para celebrar que la colección ya está a la venta en sus tiendas de Multiplaza y Altaplaza.

Entre vodkas, gin tonics, sweaters de merino y overalls de cuero no nos podemos quejar de que pasamos una noche tan buena al ritmo de las Frantic Ballerinas y de DJ Funky Josh.

It was probably the collective excitement, or maybe the great crowd… definitely the open bar, anyways, last night’s party was probably one of the best fashion parties so far this year.

After a completely successful runway show at the Pier 16 in New York where they premiered the collection in collaboration with Gigi Hadid, Tommy Hilfiger arrived at the American Trade Hotel Hall at Casco Viejo to celebrate that the aforementioned collection is now available at its Multiplaza and Altaplaza stores.

Between vodkas, gin tonics, knit sweaters and leather overalls we cannot complain because we literally had the night of our lives dancing to The Frantic Ballerinas and DJ Funky Josh.

Pimp My Denim

Este pasado fin de semana fue el tan esperado #VogueEnVivo en el Mall Multiplaza Pacific, y a pesar de que la situación crítica del país se vio grandemente reflejada en el evento - que ya casi ni calificaría como evento, más bien como una activación – se puede rescatar un solo happening: el lanzamiento del Denim Master Studio de Diesel.

This past weekend marked the return or the so-awaited #VogueEnVivo at the Mall Multiplaza Pacific, and even though the critical situation of Panama took a visible toll on the even - I don't even know if it should be called an event anymore - there was one cocktail that really captured my attention: the launching of the Denim Master Studio by Diesel.

On Our Way to La Décima!

La clave para pasar una buena noche es simple: buenos tragos, buenos amigos y The Beachers. 

Anteanoche fue el primer fundraiser de la Décima Bienal Centroamericana, que desde sus inicios en 1998 ha sido gestionada por parte de Panamá por Tía Carmen Alemán Healy (Grupo Arteconsult y FundAHrte) y la Fundación Fernández Pirla. 

Con una subasta silenciosa con piezas de artistas como Cisco Merel, Fernando Toledo, Gabriela Esplá, Sandra Eleta, Anna Carolina Gelabert, Santiago Cruz, y muchos más, un súper atinado monólogo del genio Jaguar Clandestino y para finalizar los increíbles tunes calipsos de los Beachers que en serio nos pusieron a TODOS a bailar. Fue una noche mágica, la vibra que circulaba sobre nosotros como una nube era burbujeante y contagiosa, de verdad espero que más noches como esta se repitan.

The formula for a great night is simple: drinks, great people and… The Beachers!

Wednesday night was the witness of the first fundraising party on our way to the Tenth Central American Biennale, which from its beginnings has been handled by Carmen Alemán Healy from Grupo Arteconsult and FundAHrte, and the Fernández Pirla Foundation. 

With a silent auction with pieces by artists like Cisco Merel, Fernando Toledo, Gabriela Esplá, Sandra Eleta, Anna Carolina Gelabert, Santiago Cruz and many more, a right-on-the-spot monologue by the master of words Jaguar Clandestino, and to end things rights, the calypso tunes of The Beachers. It was truly a magical night, the vibe that hovered above us like a cloud was bubbly and contagious, I really hope night like that would repeat.
