Amongst all the designers that are considered “veterans” in Panama there is just one that I would consider consistent & persistent & that is Sara Bassan.
After a 2 years hiatus from the runways (to concentrate in & other personal business) she made a comeback with a really strong collection inspired in the nostalgia of the 1950s.
Despite the technical problems at the start of the show, which were completely a fault of the organization, Sara succeeded & pleased the audience with a 32 looks collection that was paired with great visuals made by a dear friend, Alan Jaen. A great symphony of loose & ethereal fabrics with stiff fits really brought out the sensuality of the classic XXI century woman.
I think we can agree that 50 Tones of Neutrals has never looked so good.
